Cahier technique - présentation

A la demande du SPF-SP (Ministère du Service Public Fédéral Santé Publique, Sécutité de la Chaîne Alimentaire et Environnement) et des professionnels de la santé, le CIRIHA a élaboré un "Cahier Technique" relatif aux hypersensibilités (allergies/intolérances) alimentaires destiné aux professionnels de la santé. Ce document est un recueil d'informations issues de nos recherches bibliographiques et de notre expérience. La table des matières ci-dessous vous donne un aperçu de son contenu. Vous serez bien entendu averti régulièrement des ajouts et mises à jour effectuées.
